Kim Walton has spent the last 40 years designing energy-efficient homes and small buildings from the Alberta Foothills. Using her skills in Energy modelling and employing excellence in building science, Kim designs and manages Passive House and Net Zero projects across Western Canada.

Nadia Javed
Energy Advisor, Certified Passive House Designer, LEED AP (BD+C & Homes)
Nadia has a master’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering and is a Certified Energy Advisor & Passive House Designer. She is particularly passionate about sustainable architecture and how it impacts the wellbeing of occupants & the overall environment.
Corinna Wagner
Certified Passive House Designer
Corinna is a graduate of SAIT’s Architectural Technologies, Architectural Option diploma program. She has over 20 years of experience working with different design teams providing plans for a variety of small commercial buildings, multi-residential buildings, and single-family homes. Having successfully completed the micro-credential in Net-Zero and Passive House Design from BCIT, Corinna is looking forward to expanding her passion of designing energy-efficient homes with the Bow Crow Design Team. She recognizes how our efforts made today to reduce the embodied and operational carbon in the built environment will impact future generations.
